For placing first, dmason24 takes home $5,000.00 while Ewin receives $3,500.00 for his second-place bracket and jeremys_trip wins a cool $1,500.00.

The Sportsbook.com March Madness Bracket Contest starts on Monday, March 17th, 2008 and closes on Thursday, March 20th, 2008 at 10:59:59 am EST. All entries after this point will be considered void and will not be eligible for any of the prizes below.
All times, unless otherwise stated, are measured in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

About the Grand Prize:

The Grand Prize is Eleven Million Dollars (US $11,000,000.00) and it will be awarded to the person who correctly guesses every winning team in the Bracket and scores 192 points.
In order to qualify for the $11,000,000.00 prize, all tournament games must be played.
To be eligible for the Grand Prize, the winner must be an active Sportsbook.com member, where active is defined as having placed at least one wager in the last 30 days
The grand prize shall be paid in monthly installments of $45,833 with the first installment being paid within 14 working days of the posting of the results. The payments will be credited to the member's Sportsbook.com account. Each subsequent payment shall be paid in exactly one month's time until all payments are made in full.
In the event that two or more members score 192 points each, the prize will be awarded to whoever out of them has correctly predicted the total number of points scored in the final game (The "Final Game" to be played on April 7th, 2008). If there is still a tie, then the member who correctly answers the total 3-point shots made in the final game will be declared the winner. If there remains a tie after the second tie breaker, then the Grand Prize will be shared equally among the remaining tied participants and will be paid in the same way as described above (save that the monthly payment will decrease per tied participant in line with the number of remaining tied participants).

About the Guaranteed prize pool:

In addition to the Grand Prize, Sportsbook.com will offer a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000, which will be awarded to the contestants who score the most points (points being awarded as described below) choosing the winners of each of the tournament games between March 15th , 2008 and April 7th , 2008.
To be eligible for the prize pool the customer must have an active Sportsbook.com account (where active is defined as having placed at least one wager in the past 30 days).

Prizes are as follows:

Cash prizes will be paid within 72 hours after of the events being graded (Cash prizes shall be credited to the winner's Sportsbook.com account).

Points are allocated as such:

1 point for every correct team in the first round
2 points for the second round
4 points for the third round
8 points for the fourth round
16 points for the finals
32 points for picking the winner in the Final Game

The Sportsbook.com March Madness Perfect Bracket Contest is a College Basketball contest, where if you correctly pick all the winners of the Mach Madness Bracket, you can win the grand prize of $11,000,000.00 US or secondary prizes in the guarantee prize pool as listed above.
The contest begins on Monday, March 17th and closes on March 20th, 2008 at 10:59:59 am EST. All entries submitted after the First game on March 20th will be considered void and will not be eligible for any of the points or prizes.
To qualify for the any of our prizes the member must have placed at least one wager ($20 or more) on each round of the March Madness tournament.
All times, unless otherwise stated, are measured in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
For the Guaranteed Prize pool prizes customers must have an active Sportbook.com account (where active is defined as having placed at least one wager in the past 30 days)
All betting cash and bonus funds awarded as part of this promotion carry the standard 20x rollover requirement.
Only one entry per person, per household is allowed
Only members in the Continental US will receive the prizes.
Once made, all picks are final and cannot be amended or revoked in any way.
This contest is void in those territories where prohibited by law or any other applicable regulation.
Sportsbook.com reserves the right to modify any promotion rules or cancel promotions at its own discretion.
